
When thinking of those three most important words in Real Estate, "Location, Location, Location", this home has it all. Key West has produced some great Athdetes, including Major League Baseball Star Kahlil Greene. The baseball field where he got his start is right around the corner from this home along with the football field, soccer field and skateboard park. The Rollerblade Hockey Rink is just around the corner from the High School. Being one who grew up playing ice hockey, I like to go skate around the rink myself. I have been extremely happy in this neighborhood and I am sure you will be too.
The home has three large bedrooms as well as a formal dining room with a large closet that could easily be used as a fourth bedroom. The entire house features Terazzo Floors which are not only fantastic looking, but also keep the house cool in those warm Summer months.

The large Master Suite has plenty of room for a King Size Bed along with night stands and a dresser still allowing plenty of room to walk around. The Master offers its own private full bathroom as well as a sliding glass door leading outside to the beautifully landscaped backyard.
The second and third also offer vast space and can accommodate a King or Queen Size Bed along with a dresser and night stand. There are not the typical broom closet size "Spare Bedrooms" that are very common to Key West. Both of these bedrooms could fit a nice desk along with the bed and dresser giving the children a private place for school homework.
One of my favorite features of this great home is the huge, but private fenced backyard. There is lush tropical landscaping making this yard just beautiful. If you like to entertain here is your place. Break open the grill and have a neighborhood cookout. The only thing I would add is a large screen outdoor TV so I could enjoy my Red Sox games without leaving the comfort of my own home. Would you like a large pool? No problem here. Add a big pool and still have plenty of room for the grill and backyard parties. Another great feature of this yard is both side yards are large enough to bring in any construction equipment for things like digging the pool. Often times when adding a pool in a Key West home the labor cost is through the roof due to having to dig the hole by hand because the Bobcat can't fit. That is not the case here. I spend most of my time sitting by my pool at home or enjoying the beautiful Key West weather. I didn't move to The Keys to stay indoors and this home is the perfect place to take advantage of Key West's year round beautiful weather.
With the Southern Florida heat our cars can become brutally hot sitting for the day, but not here. You have a fully covered carport large enough to accommodate a truck or full size SUV. There is also plenty of room for guest parking on the street in front of the house.
